This May Be the Right Approach for People Who…
- Have been told their labs are “normal” but want a deeper understanding of their health.
- Are doing many of the right things and want to know what’s actually working.
- Are already exploring longevity therapies and want a strategy informed by their own health data.
- Follow a wellness lifestyle but want a more comprehensive, data-driven understanding of their health.
- Have ordered their own labs and ended up with more questions than answers.
- Want to be proactive about aging or haven’t had a thorough health review in a while—or ever.
You don’t need a specific health concern to get started. The goal is to understand your health in context and make more informed decisions about what comes next.
Being Proactive Is Good. Knowing What Your Body Needs Is Better.
You may exercise regularly, pay attention to nutrition, take supplements, and follow the latest longevity research. But having health information isn’t the same as having clinical guidance.
You shouldn’t have to figure out which labs to order, what the results mean, or how to turn them into a meaningful plan on your own.
A result within the reference range doesn’t necessarily answer every question. And collecting disconnected test results can leave you with more questions than answers.
Clinical guidance means looking at your health history, laboratory findings, risk factors, lifestyle, and goals together. It means understanding what your results may be telling you and determining what deserves attention.
The goal isn’t simply to collect more data. It’s to understand what your data means in the context of you.
A Comprehensive Look at Your Health. A Strategy Built Around You.
Your evaluation starts with understanding your health history, concerns, and goals. Dr. Peter selects the most appropriate initial testing based on what you want to understand and where a closer look may be warranted.
Bloodwork provides the foundation for your evaluation, helping create a broader picture of your health.
Here’s What You Walk Away With
A Comprehensive Health Scorecard

What Clients Say
“Unlike other doctors I’ve seen, Dr. Peters takes the time to truly understand what’s going on and looks beyond the surface to address deeper patterns. I always feel heard, respected, and never rushed or dismissed. Her approach has helped me understand my health in a completely different way, and the investment has absolutely been worth it.”
“I found Dr. Peter through her book after years of struggling with adult acne. I decided to do the wellness evaluation and honestly — it was really good. I have to do biometric screenings for work regularly and I have to say this was far more insightful.”
“Grateful to have found Dr. Peters. My general practitioners only prescribed more drugs. Dr. Peters helped with skin rashes and a weakened immune system. She educated me and empowered me to take ownership of my health. Lucky to have her on my team!”
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have a health problem to get started?
No. This evaluation is designed for people who want a more comprehensive understanding of their health, whether they’re addressing existing concerns or taking a proactive approach to aging.
Is this just a bloodwork panel?
No. Comprehensive bloodwork is the foundation, but the process goes beyond laboratory results. Your health history, concerns, and goals help guide the initial workup. Additional or advanced testing may be considered when appropriate. Dr. Peter personally reviews and interprets your findings and develops an individualized strategy. This isn’t simply a stack of lab reports or a generic list of supplements.
Will I need advanced testing?
Not necessarily. Initial testing is selected based on your concerns and goals. Additional or advanced testing may be considered when your findings indicate that further investigation would be appropriate.
Where are you located? Do you offer virtual appointments?
We consult with clients virtually nationwide and in person in South Florida. In-person appointments are available by appointment in Coral Gables.
How much does the evaluation cost?
The cost depends on the scope of your evaluation and the testing recommended. Comprehensive bloodwork has a starting cost, with additional testing considered when clinically appropriate. Your recommended approach and associated costs will be discussed before proceeding.
Do you accept insurance? Can I use FSA or HSA funds?
We are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. FSA/HSA eligibility depends on your individual plan. We can provide an itemized receipt that you may submit to your plan administrator for possible reimbursement; reimbursement is not guaranteed.
