If you have used The Clarity Protocol as directed for 60 days and are not satisfied with your experience, please contact our support team within 14 days of completing the protocol.

Guarantee requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are limited to a customer's first purchase of The Clarity Protocol.

How do I return an Item?

For products other than The Clarity Protocol, returns may be requested within 30 days of purchase, excluding lab tests.

• Returns can be made within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, less a restocking fee of 15%.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

• Due to the fees incurred after test orders have been placed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on test orders.
