• We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our products, excluding lab tests. 
• Returns can be made within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, less a restocking fee of 15%.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
